  Nimeshh Patel has over 13 years of experience in the Investment Banking, Telecoms, Media and Internet sectors. His expertise lies in building strategies for profitability improvement through restructuring, operational excellence, investment or partnership development.

  He is currently Chief Operating Officer at AOL Europe having held several positions at the company specialising in Finance & Strategy. He has played an instrumental role in turning around AOL Europe initiating the analysis and executing a major restructure that took the business back to profitability by the end of 2010. Moreover he led the due diligence and post acquisition integration processes associated with the acquisition of goviral A/S, resulting in substantial profit growth in 2011.

  Before coming to AOL, Nimeshh held the position of Associate Director, Equity Research Telecoms for ABN AMRO Bank where he was lead analyst covering stocks such as Telefonica, Portugal Telecom, KPN and British Telecom.

  Nimeshh holds an MBA from the Imperial College Tanaka Management School where he graduated with distinction. He also holds a Masters in Aeronautical Engineering degree from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine.
